Terence Fitzgerald is the Global Vice President of Program Quality & Measurement, leading IJM’s monitoring & evaluation, research, and data science efforts worldwide. His team is responsible for the policies, standards, guidance, strategy, and approach underpinning our efforts to measure protection and justice system performance.
Before IJM, Terence had a career in designing and leading humanitarian and post-conflict programs in Angola, Afghanistan, the Balkans, East Africa, and other areas through HQ- and field-based positions with Oxfam, Concern Worldwide, and Catholic Relief Services. Terence is a graduate of the National University of Ireland and lives in Washington, DC with his wife.
