What is a podcast?
A podcast is a series of audio or video segments available for download to portable media players and computers. You can subscribe to a podcast so that new content is automatically downloaded on your preferred podcast software whenever it is available; this is what differentiates a podcast from content available by direct download or streaming.
What do I need to listen to a podcast?
In order to make use of a podcast’s subscription feature, you must have appropriate software – available in the latest version of Apple's iTunes, or other services such as My Yahoo! or Zune. Click on the icon of your preferred service here on the Freedom Partner Podcast page to be taken directly to that service.
If you don't see a button for your preferred subscription method, highlight the URL in the box under the tool icons. Right-click this link (or Control-click in MacOS) and select "Copy" or "Copy Shortcut." Then paste the link into your podcasting software where it asks for the URL of the podcast you’d like to subscribe to.
If you prefer to listen to a podcast from the web site, simply click on the "play" button on the audio player under "Listen Now".
You may also download the episode of a podcast by clicking on the "Download MP3" link and saving it to your computer or any other MP3 device.
