Join the Advent Conspiracy: Give Rescue

Christians around the world are choosing to restore the meaning of Christmas by joining the Advent Conspiracy. Five years ago, five pastors decided to revolutionize Christmas and challenge their communities to Worship Fully, Spend Less, Give More and Love All. The response was overwhelming, and Advent Conspiracy was born.

We’re honored to announce that our friends at Advent Conspiracy have selected IJM as a partner this year. Start a conspiracy in your church to worship fully and spend less, so you can give more and love all. Ask your church to consider joining forces so you can give rescue to victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression around the world. If it were used to give rescue, just 1% of the annual Christmas spending in the US could mean 1 million rescue operations – with the potential to free millions and put slave owners out of business for good.

For 14 years, IJM lawyers, social workers and investigators have been working in their own communities in response to the call of Isaiah 1:17 – to seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow. Give More and Love All by sharing rescue:

	One day of investigations is $45 Send an IJM investigator undercover to help rescue girls trapped in a brothel or a family in slavery.
	Training for one family is $111 Provide a family rescued from slavery with three days of essential training to equip them for their lives in freedom. These trainings provide the foundation and basic skills to find a new job, rebuild family life and thrive in freedom.
	One rescue operation is $4,500 Provide the resources to fund the cost of one rescue operation to free victims of slavery or sex trafficking.
	Urgent Need Give a gift of an amount you choose to bring rescue where it is needed most in the 14 field offices where IJM works around the world.
